- Update the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box labeled quantity. and click add to cart.
- You can either click Continue Shopping or Checkout.
- "PLEASE NOTE" the minimum order value is $25 to place an order.
- You will need to create an account in order to checkout or sign-in if you already have an account.
- Enter your email address and password for easy access to your account and to check on your order status.
- Complete all of the proper fields followed by the "Confirm Order" final button to place your order.

Impact Dimensions, LLC offers a variety of different delivery schedules; standard ground, second day air or next day air delivery. Our shipping rate shown on our site are live based on our UPS rates which makes them real time rates. These rates are based on dim weight and dimentional size that UPS publishes. Depending upon the quantity, size and total weight of the items ordered, additional shipping fees may be applicable. You will be contacted prior to shipment if any additional fees are required for your order. If you suspect your order may exceed standard shipping dimensions, feel free to contact our sales team for a shipping quote.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you receive, call Customer Service at 1-800-552-4138 to expedite your exchange or return. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order and the merchandise must be undamaged. Apparel items may not have been worn or laundered.

In the email request, please provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be cancelled. If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.

Please note that these types of orders have been produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise is damaged or imprinted incorrectly.
